I want to switch to Koodo services but would like to speak with a Rep. I called a number but was hung up on multiple times. How do I reach out to swtich over?

You could follow this link to switch to Koodo https://www.koodomobile.com/switch

You could also visit a Koodo kiosk or retail (bestbuy, walmart, etc.) to ask someone there to help (connection fee might apply).

Regarding the number to call, when they hang up on you, did they tell you to visit their digital bot www.koodo.com/chat you could schedule a callback from it. However if you ask someone to buy for you, you might have to pay connection fee (free if you do it yourself online).

Koodo is self serve driven company, if you need a type of service to talk to a rep, it might not good fit for you. I mean you might feel that Koodo won't give you good enough service later...
