I switched plans a couple of days ago, it cancelled My existing Stream+. I re-added Stream+, and it never gave Me any options to activate the services. So tonight, I cancelled Stream+, then re-added it. It was all happily working, Netflix, Apple TV, and Discovery+. Now, a few hours later, it’s asking Me to subscribe to Discovery+ again. (I was watching Discovery+ for a couple of hours earlier, with no issues) I went to self serve, on Koodo, and can’t re-activate anything.
Does anyone know what I should do?
