Have you tried changing your Apple ID to a different phone number? https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT207944

My Apple ID is linked  my cell phone number ,but for the stream+ it wants to send to the number on file with my Koodo account.

Did you add it directly from your Self-Serve account? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/stream-plus

My house phone is the only thing on my Koodo account, my cell phone is with another provider, no way to add my cell phone to my Koodo account that I can see. When I click the activation tab I put my cell phone number in there and it won’t accept it, only number it will accept it my house phone number 

Koodo reached out to me, you can’t add the full Stream+ with just having Koodo home phone. 

Well that’s really nice...I’m having the exact same issue! Do you think maybe they should tell you this on their website before you sign up for this promotion and not waste people’s time!!!
