still not seeing 1GB bonus in my plan.

I signed up on the Black Friday, that's a month ago, I still do not see the bonus 1 GB. any one else having this issue?

So under your add-ons in self-serve, it doesn't list the 1GB? The 1GB bonus is given as a free add-on and not actually included in the base plan. Also, were you a new activation or upgrade?

Mine has already been added to my account a few weeks ago. Have you not received the text message indicating that it was added to your account? If you have not, you should check in self serve as Ahmad indicated, and if it's not there contact Koodo using *611 from your phone.

it was a new activation. no, I did not get a text message and it's not under the add-ons. I guess I'll have to get them tomorrow. one thing I really liked about Virgin mobile is that I can call them at any hour.

Just to make sure, the plan you picked was one that was larger than 1gb right? I think it was the 1gb+ plans that were getting the extra GB, so if you picked a smaller one then you wont get the promo.
