why are the special monthly plans (available in Alberta until May 31st) not visible in the self serve area under change plans?

You're probably on an old plan from before April 19th so you ony have access to the old plans on self-serve. If you want to change to one of the new plans, you have to call in to Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone. If you have an existing tab, it must be paid off however.
