SIM only, $45 1GB, Self Server not showing plan.


I don't have a TAB (own the phone SIM only). I want the 45$ 1GB promo plan. The system won't show it as an option online for me to change the plan. WHY?!

Because you need to call in to access it. Don't worry they won't charge you
I called yesterday and they told me they would charge me the plan change fee. I asked clearly if I could change it online and avoid the charge and they said yes. So are you right or are they right?

Hi Graham, Chad is right! The fee doesn't apply because the change of plan can't be done online 🙂 If you have the 10% discount, you would lose it though as it's not compatible with the new plans. Thank you!
