Service on wrong phone

I just added US texting to my husbands phone for the month........it was supposed to be for mine. Is there any way I can get it switched?

Call customer service ASAP at *611 from your Koodo phone and explain the situation and they should be understanding and do it for you. The longer you wait, the less likely they will be willing to do it! Call now! 🙂

I would call Customer Service immediately and explain to them the error. I imagine they can cancel the add-on and re-apply it to the proper phone.
