Self Serve Plan change inquiry

Anyone know why you can't change your plan on self serve to 1 of the promo's? I only see standard plans available.

Do you still have a Tab Balance? Is so you must pay it off first.
No tab balance. Just month to month.

Hi Ryan,

If you don’t have a Tab balance to pay off, you can have access to the new plans by calling 611. They’ll set it up for you 🙂

Self serve won't allow to make changes as it says go to the Kiosk and upgrade phone to get the new plans. I hope it will be fixed soon so the BYOD customers can get the new plans online.
