@ksidd You can look at your agreement it shows you do have it:

 

Remember the data is prorated for your bill cycle so that may explain things. Your plan has 2gb and there is an add-on for 2gb for a total of 4gb. Hope this helps!

Only the digital assistant can schedule call backs I’m afraid… but meanwhile, can we perhaps help you with your question?

Thanks Sophia, I upgraded my plan today to $45 with 4G data (2GB bonus included) with new phone from Walmart, When I check my account it shows only 2GB data, does not show bonus data

Can anyone tell me why 2G bonus data  is not showing to my account, I upgraded to $45 plan with phone upgrade today
