Samsung Galaxy SIII SGH 1747M - New plan but unable to access data.


As above! I've recently switched to a plan with data. It continues to work with Wifi on, but not without. I've checked to ensure I've entered the next billing cycle & I have. So the issue seems to be with the device? I'm not sure how to alter the APN settings. According to my internet search, the APN may be the issue. Thanks!

Hey Deaydrea! This section on the website will help you configure the APN settings. Just select 'Android' and find the APN setting name. http://help.koodomobile.com/plans-add-ons-data-and-other-services/data-basics/how-do-i-setup-data-on-my-non-koodo-phone If it still doesn't work after that. Try pulling the battery and SIM Card and rebooting. If both of those fail, give tech support a call. 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) Hope this helps!
