Same rate, bigger plan

I have just got a new phone less then three weeks ago thru a tab plan. But would like to get the new plans that are available now. I am on a 50$ plan for 4G. But you now have the promotion for 9G. Please help.

You're limited to one rate plan change per billing cycle, and I don't know if the system counts your upgrade as a rate plan change despite you keeping your current plan. 

Have you tried making the change in your Self Serve portal?

That plan $50 9GB is currently available for “new activation or upgrade”. You can’t get it by a simple change in selfserve.

As you just recently got the plan, I would suggest you contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to assist. Hopefully, they can switch you to the better plan.
