Reward your current long time customer by letting them participate in the new plans. I was very sad to read the fine print stating that I was not able to switch to the new plans due to upgrading my phone prior to April 19th, 2015. I am a long time Koodo customer and have had brand loyalty towards them for a long time. Which says a lot considering that with all other telecommunications and Internet services I use, I have had virtually no brand loyalty. This is the first time I am feeling slighted and have felt the need to look at other service providers. I don't expect Koodo to change the date requirement for the new plans and so I do intend to look at other providers. But I felt it was necessary to discuss and highlight current customers being left out of the new plans.
