Hello, I have trouble changing my plan. Before I left Canada, I put my service on seasonal hold plan. I am back in Canada and I want to remove my seasonal hold plan and resume my previous plan. I went to online service to see if I can do this online. It says some services cannot be done online and the screen goes black. I cannot make a phone call because of the seasonal hold plan and I need help on this. Can you please let me know what I can do in this case? Thank you in advance.
