reactivate my seasonal hold.


please how can I reactivate my seasonal hold plan? my trip is cancelled and I will still need my phone work as soon as possible.

Log into self-serve. You follow the procedure to change your plan. Click on the tab Plan and add-ons, Change your plan is on the left panel half way down the screen.
'This phone's rate plan has already been changed during the current billing period. You can only change plans once per bill cycle.' This is what it says when I try to change it. Please help me out

Then you will need to call Koodo directly. Options in the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
