Random charge


Just was sent an email saying that I added 1gb of data and that I'd be charged 20 dollars? Can you please reverse this asap

That's odd, can you post a screen shot of the email or copy and paste it here with your address removed?

Did you go over your data? Some overage rates are in chunks of data and not per mb I believe. If you did go over your data, this isn't can't be undone

The $30 200 minutes/100 MB plan automatically locks your data when you hit 100MB of data. You have 3 options at that point: leave it locked, use overage at $10/100MB, or buy 1 GB at $20
All I want to do is ensure that I do not get charged an additional $20 for something that I never added.  Koodo, please confirm this is the case

You have the option of buying it for 20 or not.
Is this your phone of the phone of a dependent of yours.
If you got an email saying it was successfully purchased then I'm afraid you have it now.

We don't have access to your bill. You're going to have to call in and discuss the details with a rep. It's free.
