A few questions for you...
1) My brother recently left Koodo. How does he find & pay off what is remaining on his small tab? He does not use self-serve.
2) I currently have a Samsung Intensity phone that has a $25 plan/add-on package that is no longer offered at Koodo. I want to buy an unlocked iPhone 5s, transfer my current number over and start a new plan. However, I want to keep my Samsung Intensity with the $25/month plan for my mother to use. I have spoken with 2 different Koodo representatives (Futureshop & Koodo Kiosk) and I received 2 different answers as to whether or not this is possible. However, both suggested that I ask Koodo directly. Is this possible? If so, in what order do I proceed (i.e. step 1 - buy phone, step 2 - bring phone to Koodo shop to get a SIM card, step 3 - call Koodo to switch numbers, etc.)?
(FYI: Your "secure online form" used to ask questions does not work. I tried launching it with 2 different browsers and nothing loads).
