Question about unlimited texting

Just a basic question. My plan has the basic Canada wide plan so the question is, is my texting unlimited if I text someone in Alberta and I'm from Quebec?

If you are on one of the current rate plans, then all your texting is international.
You can send and recieve texts from all over the world.
