If that website was the question of the OP, then I believe that name “koodolimited” doesn't have anything to do with Koodo Mobile. They didn't mention that they were affiliated with Koodo Mobile any where.
Koodo Mobile doesn't own the word “Koodo” . The same applies to Fido, Virgin and Apple :-D

I’m not sure someone could open a shop called Apple Repair Store or Apple Limited without having to deal with Apple afterwards. If the store name indicates that it may be related to the big one, they might be in trouble.

Trademark and copy right are complex issue. There are many people named Dinh and Robert. But they are not Dinh or Robert - MMs. Dinh and Robert don’t own their names and cannot ask other to change.
