Putting plan on hold during vacation

Koodo should offer customers their same plan when resuming their service after an extended vacation. Not only does koodo currently want to charge me $15 per month for nothing while my plan is on hold, they also will make me choose a new, more expensive plan when I return since mine is no longer offered. It's cheaper for me to buy out my tab, then choose the best plan I can get from any company when I return. Koodo will more than likely lose a customer due to this.
