purchased a data plan but cannot use on blackberry can this data booster be changed to minutes

You'll have to call customer service and explain the situation and see if they will change it for you but I wouldn't be surprised if they can't but hey you never know if you don't try right. Good Luck 🙂

The number to call is *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone. You may hear a message about being $5 for assistance. That only applies for things you can do on self-serve that you call-in for. You won't be charged to call when you're have an issue
