How do I purchase a new plan online without a phone? I have a new plan in my cart but I don’t see a check out button?! There is a big button at the bottom trying to up sell me a phone, but I don’t need one. Please help!

Have you select the plan in the “Bring your own device” plan area? From your description, you might select a plan for a Tab.
