Promotional rateplan for existing customer

Hi,

There's a promotional rate plan that's better than the one I have. I can pick it if I'm looking at it as a new customer, but when I log in to self serve and select to change my plan the promotional rate plan isn't available.

What gives? Virgin is offering the same plan, so if I can't  get it here not sure what's keeping me at Koodo.

Having a self serve account labels you as a current customer who does not fall under the definition of a ‘new customer’ (transferring an account from another provider). This is the reason the promotion is not selectable in your self serve account. If you wish to challenge this, based on the fact that you have recently transferred your account to koodo, try and talk to an official koodo rep.

Which plan are you looking to switch to?  have you read the details regarding what is needed to get the plan?
