Promo codes and special offers not working

Hi, last day I ordered Samsung S9 online through the website and it was required to upgrade my current plan into medium tab (55$/month). As you know, there was a public offer for the plan over 50$ by the use of the promo code 'KOODOOFFER' to get $10 off for a year. But it did not work in my profile and ordered the phone on the plan of 55$ without able to apply this promo code. I appreciate it if you would help me in this regard. Thanks for your response.

As I mentioned in my comment, I upgraded my plan yesterday and this offer existed until 1st of July.
Did you choose a new plan? some existing plans didn't work with the promocode.

Anyway, you can not do anything within your selfserve as of now as the promo was over. You would have to contact Koodo directly and ask what happened. You could chat with them via facebook messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or set up a callback through their digital assistant.

I didn't see the offer in my account any more. I think the promo code might be over.

Yes, I did. Because the medium tab starts from 55 $, I upgraded my plan to the new one. I sent them a message in their Facebook page.
