Help! I’m new to koodo

Picked up a phone with plan that had a 5$off per month promo code attached to it. But my first bill does not show this?  Did i miss something?

Normally the $5 credit should show up early. Could you check your page 3 (4) of the PDF bill and see if the credit was there?

Also, have you changed your number or ported a number in after activation? It was the most common reason for the missing of the credit (you would need a rep to put it back).

Yes. I changed the phone number after activation. So I should see a rep at the Koodo kiosk?

Not really. To reapply the credit, you’ll need to schedule a callback using the Koodo's Digital Asistant : http://koodo.ca.ada.support/chat/?language=en

I see that the credit remained attached to the temporary number, so the first month is applied on the bill under page 4. Here’s how you can download the bill: http://koo.do/2r8dAUk 

I have applied the remaining 23 credits and starting with Nov bill you will see it on the current number.
