Problems with Data Booster Add-On

I've just started using Koodo and I bought a $10 Data Booster Add-On as part of the plan. However, I can't seem to use any data on my phone. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it? Thanks!

Generally speaking, you need to make sure data is turned on and you have the correct APN settings in your device if it's not originally a Koodo phone: Name: Koodo SP APN: sp.koodo.com Proxy server: Port: 80 Username: Password: Server: MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc Proxy server: Port: 80 MCC : 302 MNC : 220 APN type: leave blank, or try "*", "default", "internet", or "default,mms" It would be easier to assist if we knew what kind of phone you have. Model # would be especially helpful.
