Problem with access


I purchased an international data minutes and texts and I am now trying to call Canada from Mexicoand I get the message "I am sorry you are unable to make international calls". What do I need to do?

Login to self serve and add International voice roaming add on to your plan. Wait 5 minutes and restart your phone

There is no option to do what Chad said. How would I do this without getting charged $40 more? I can text, but I can not call. Any other suggestions?
