Prepaid account loop cannot login

I am unable to log into my prepaid account online. I received the email to validate my account, following its instruction, it took me to the koodo site where it said my account has been validated; however, when I attempt to login or forgot password it tells me it cannot validate my email. selecting the "register" it tells me "The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here.", which takes me back to the "we cannot validate your email"
