Plans


I noticed that plans have changed and the amount of usage has increases on Koodo's webpage, do we get the increase in the plan usage?

I did just upgraded a week ago but it's not reflecting what is posted on plans.

Then change to the new plan because your present t plan is an older one nomatter weather you got it right before these new plans came out or weeks ago.
Plans change all the time but when you get a plan it doesn't change unless you actually change it. Just because you have a $50 plan say doesn't mean when another $50 plan comes out you switch to that one automatically, you actually have to log into your self serve and switch to that plan if you see its offering more than what you have now.

I'd like to see a monthly plan from Koodo that excludes data but the option is there to buy it when you need it!
