Plan not eligible to be changed at this time

I switched to a new plan at the end of July on self-serve and of course my add ons are gone. I've been trying to add the International Voice Roaming add on but the message that my plan is not eligible to be changed keeps popping up. It's been like this since I got the plan switched. Also, VoLTE add on is not on the list for me, so I'm unable to add that as well...
I was hoping to not call customer service because of my anxiety of being on the phone with people I don't know (it's silly I know) so any help would be appreciated!

You can only change your plan once a month so are you sure it wasn't in the last month you changed your plan?

It's not the same month. I switched in July

@mkwok You do have your add-ons. You have Easy Roam on your account which allows for International Voice Roaming. So you don't technically have to add a separate add-on. Send us private message on Facebook to see if Volte can be added.
