Plan expired after purchase

I just bought a new phone and I chose the option to keep my current plan. Then, my data was expired in my account but it still saying what my current plan is. So I lost all my data, and I was charged for overage. This make no sense at all.

Hey @kathy30  - I just looked over your account and it looks like the data should have turned back on. Please restart your phone and let us know.

FYI - I applied a credit for that overage you mentioned :)

I was able to get someone on the phone and they fixed it. Thanks for the quick answer.

I have the same problem. Just bought the P30lite. Kept my 3Gd 35$ plan. But my usage meter shows my 3gb plan is expired and i am on a 10Mb plan and getting overage charges.

This is happening to me. Can someone please fix it?
