There are several better plan options available when I look at the Koodoo main page, but when I try to change my plan in the self-serve they are not available. I have 2 phone lines, and could be saving $10 per line while getting more data. I’m hopefuil an expert can help me with this, as I wish to remain a loyal customer, but want to make sure I am getting a current and fair phone plan.

Which plan you are on right now? and are you having a phone on Tab with Koodo?

As well, which plan are you looking for on self-serve?

Appreciate the quick reply. I have 2 phones on a 40GB, $53 per month plan. I was looking at the current plans that are 50gb for $39 and 60gb for $44. I would have autopay setup for the discount.

Those plans are for “new customer/new activation”, as an existing customer, you can’t change to it. As well, they are 4G Speed plans. As their plan is going to be refreshed soon for the black friday event. I recommend you wait for couple of weeks and check back.

In case you insists, you can try to schedule a call back and ask a rep.
