Picture texting


Recently changed my koodo plan and now I cannot send or receive pictures. The plan says picture text is included. Any help would be appreciated.

Depending on your Phone model, MMS will work if your Data has been enabled on the handset and not blocked on your Koodo account, powercycle, pull out battery/sim, check internet connection, if unlocked phone check Koodo APN is set and selected

Just to develop a bit more, If your phone is an unlocked device, as Mat said, check if the APN settings are correct, follow the link: http://koodomobile.com/en/ab/non-koodo-phone-data-setup.shtml Also as Mat said, remember that your Data needs to be enabled to be able to send and receive picture messages. If still you have issues with this, you may contact Technical Support, from a landline better, and tehy will be more than happy to troubleshoot with you and fix this issue... Enjoy
