Picture Messaging

I was wondering why whenever I try to send a picture message, it says it will be sent when the service becomes available, even though I am currently paying for it.

Your data must be on for picture messaging to work. Now sending the picture message wont use any chargable data, but if any apps are updating in the background, that data is chargable

Check with Koodo to see if there is a Data Block on your account. If the Data is turned on from the device, there still may be a precautionary block on your account to block data overages. This would not allow picture or video messages. Good luck.
