Before travelling to Mexico, I purchased the $40.00 Mexico/Caribbean plan for both my husband's and my phones (for a total of $80.00) hoping to use our phones to communicate with each other at the resort near Playa del Carmen. No such luck. Neither of our phones would work - at all. When we tried to phone each other, the result would be "not available." So we spent the whole vacation without using our phones once (which wasn't really a problem!) BUT..... Will I be charged $80 for absolutely no service????
