I want to pay my tab balance off for my tablet, but it says it will be on my next bill. Is there any way I can pay it now?
I want to cancel the plan that the tablet has because I never use it or the tablet (hence me paying off the balance of the tab and wanting to cancel that plan).
I try to schedule a callback, but it is Sunday at an inopportune time. Why can’t I do this sooner or now? It is not helpful to have self serve and to not be able to do this on my own and/or set a reasonable time that works for me.
