I have had so much conflicting information from Koodo reps. I think they try to get people to stay away from cheap prepaid. Question that I can't get clear is if on a prepaid plan you pay the $10 or whatever for Talk Booster, do you have to pay this $10 again and again, every month? Yes, I understand that you don't lose your minutes if you keep your plan going. I just want to know if you have to pay that talk booster fee monthly, whether you need it or not.
I bought a 500 talk booster and do not have a pin number to use for making the update . I have done the top up using the pin number .But the talk booster does not have any PIN NUMBER . How could be done such update ??

Hi wuaro, If you use self service on the computer, you won't need a PIN number. You just need to enter the long string of digits that came on the talk booster sales slip
