Koodo messaged me with an offer for either 2GB of additional data for $10/month, or 1GB of additional data for $7/month; all I have to do is text “ADD” or “DATA” to them before Aug. 31, and I can have either one. I’ve texted them several times, and each time the reply is, “Sorry, we’re temporarily unable to add this add-on to your account. Please try again tomorrow.”

I have great news! I was able to add this add-on to your account, so on your bill will appear the monthly charge + $7 for 1 GB of data. In order to make sure that your data will work without any problem, please power cycle your device.
