Not Receive the $180 ( $15 P2P Credit 12 months)

I should have $180 refund to my account. This is $15 per month for 12 months. However, i did not receive any refund yet. And it is been over three month. Could you help me to check? Thank you.

Hey @howardlau! It looks like there was an issue preventing the credit from being applied. I would like to confirm that I have resolved it and reapplied the $15/month credit for 12 months. You will see the 1st credit show up on your next invoice 🙂

If it has been over 3 months and you havent received it yet, then you will need to contact Koodo. I recommend scheduling a call back via koodo assist
