not able to add a line

I wanted to transfer the koodo prepaid plan to the koodo monthly plan under my second line. So I tried to add a second line first. However, when I hit the "Add a line" button on the order summary page. I get "Something went wrong. Please try again." every time.

Did you recently sign up with Koodo (first line)? There might be a “cooling off” period before you can add a second line from the website. If that is the case, you’d need to visit a store.

If that is not the case, try clearing out your cookies etc or try another browser.

I think koodo's website is have some issues.
