Non existent customer service for prepaid


I switched to koodo prepaid from monthly 2-3 months ago. I had a drop in my debit card balance and the prepaid amount was deducted after I topped up the account 2 days later. However, since then, no calls could be made or received. No text can be sent or received. Customer service is non existent. There’s no way they are so busy the call was not answered after close to two hours on hold. No reply from email either.
I tried *611 from the phone, 866 number from landline. Contact via email. Nothing.

Is there an active base plan?

Restart your phone as well.  Sometimes that can kick start things

What phone do you have?  Did you get it from Koodo?

I have an unlocked iPhone. It worked with a monthly plan for 1 year. Then with prepaid for two months. I finally got someone at the koodo store to help me, after he got the ok from his manager. They are only supposed to deal with monthly customers. The problem was at their end, which finally got fixed. My point is still the same. Koodo has NO customer service for prepaid.
