No Tab for you!


I'm trying to pay off the girlfriends tab but it is not giving me the option to do it online. I log into my account and it's the same. I've paid the tab off before using the online self serve. Do I have to go to a kiosk to pay it now?

Do you still owe a bill or are you behind in payments?
Nope, I keep a plus status on the bill each month. It's the same with both our accounts, I thought koodo may have removed that option from the website.

They might be doing maintenance to the site that is affecting the option. Guess I'll have to try another day or go into the kiosk to pay them off.

Thanks for the reply.
Now to be able to pay off old tabs you have to call in to have this done . Still free to do it on the phone. Then it can be added to your next bill.
