No International Voice Roaming Add Ons


I am outside Canada now, but I didn't see the international voice roaming add-ons in my serf serve. My phone is on seasonal hold, what should I do?

Firstly, where are you? Secondly, you'd need to pick a new plan and reinstate your service in order to use your phone again.

If your service is on seasonal hold, you cant use your phone... Is your phone unlocked phone?
I am in Asia now. Sadly, it seems that I cann't add a plan in my current billing cycle. Yes, my phone is unlocked.

It's because switch to "seasonal hold" count as plan change. You can change your plan free through self serve once per billing cycle. You will need to call Koodo to pick a new plan and add any add-ons. If your phone is unlocked, you might be able to find local sim card to use your phone.
