No account with Koodo?


So, i'm trying to figure out why my daughter's iPhone is saying no base plan...and when I try to log into the account the email isn't in their records, and we have no account with them...

Hi Leila, When was the last time your daughter topped up her account? If it was inactive for longer than 90 days, she would have lost it... Or should it have been active still?

Did she by any chance sign up with another email address, Leila? Anyway to sort you out quick & easy, you should give Koodo a call, *611 from your daughter's phone, or 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) from any other phone.

Nope, when we signed her up we used my email and information. Thanks for your help (: I'll give them a call and see what's up.
