I signed up for stream + when it was first offered so I still pay the original monthly rate. I’m thinking about getting a new plan so I can have more data, but if I do, does that effect the price I pay for stream +? Is stream + linked to my plan or is it separate?

I am not sure if your streamplus was already increased or not. I recommend you check your bill to see if there was a notification of increase there.
Regarding the plan change. Yes, the new rate is definitely applied if you change your plan.
