Hello i did set up new phone company i used to be with virgin mobile now i switched to this company did set up today i noticed i didnt get text from bank or another people i only get text from family friend is something wrong with my phone

Are you able to make and receive calls?
Are you able to test if you can send and receive texts with a family or friend?
