New Member, No bonus data?

Hi, just signed up today.  I choose the 4MB + 5 bonus MB plan for $50.  Waiting for the SIM card to come in the mail.  When I log into my new account it only shows 4MB of data.  Where is the bonus 5MB?

You just signed up today! Once activated your self serve account is setup, it should reflect both the 4MB and the bonus 5GB.

If it does not, talk to the koodo support team and they will make sure that your account reflects the program (incl. bonus) that you selected.

Did you take a screen shot of the check out page?  Did you have a confirmation email of your order?  Does it say it is the 9GB plan?

 

Where are you looking that it says 4GB?  Are you looking under your plans or in your usage?
