Hello,

Im an existing Telus customer who would like to switch. My contract is up and ready to make the change. If I order online, how do I cancel my old contract? Do I need to live without a phone until the new phone and sim show up? 
I would like to switch my number, as well.

The easiest way to make the switch: first sign up with a Koodo account and some random number. Then when you receive your phone, SIM card and account, you can port in your Telus number. That will cancel your Telus account and allow you to use Koodo without any interruptions in service :)
