Need urgent modification to plan


I've accidentally put the seasonal hold on the wrong phone number on my account. It says that I can only change the plan on a phone once in a billing cycle. Is there any way to reverse the change?

Hi Kyung, That's unfortunate, the only way to reverse is to call customer service in the morning and explain what happened. You can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337. Hours of Operation Monday - Friday: 10am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
