Need to restart monthly plan

I set my monthly contract to expire April 5th, but need coverage again on the same phone number. I’ve been trying all morning to get a callback to speak to someone about it (50 attempts...). 

If I change my plan using self-serve, would this re-start coverage? Or because I’ve set it to expire, do I need to speak to someone?

So you called and asked to have it end for the 5th? Well, you could try the Koodo chat to request a callback. Or send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter or try both and see what you get bakc first.
