Need Help to change my plan

I’ m trying to change my plan using self serve but I was not able to do so.  And I messaged Koodo from facebook messenger but not getting any response from them yet. My plan is currently on Seasonal hold because I’m out of country. Now I want it to be active. Someone from Koodo service please help.

Below is the message from Self-serve,

“Some plans can't be changed online. Please schedule a callback through koodo.com/chat and one of our reps will be happy to help you with this.”

Koodo's customer service hours start at 9 AM ET. Right now it's 5:30 AM ET. You'll need to wait until they open for a response.
